A cozy apartment for 3 - 4 people in the center of Conil, near the market,
only 10 minutes by foot away from the beach.
The walls of this beautiful space are covered with tadelakt (smooth moroccan
lime mortar). Many architectural and decorative details transport memories of
other times and invite the guests to relax and rest.
The flat has two bedrooms with double bed (135cm), one on the first floor,
and the other in the basement, where there is a feeling of freshness even during
the hot days and nights of midsummer. There are two bathrooms, each complete
with shower, sink and toilet.
On the ground floor is the living room with one of the bedrooms right next
to it. On the wall the TV set is mounted, receiving the locally available
programmes. From this room two steps lead up to the mezzanine with a kitchen
line complete with a two burner ceramic stove, fridge and sink, and the dining
table and two chairs.
Next to the kitchen a staircase leads up to the terrace which is spacious
and partly roofed. It is furnished with two sofas and a table and offers very
nice views to the beach and the sea. Like the other 3 apartments of the Patios
complex, it is located in a neighbors' courtyard, radiatin the typical and
traditional flair of the village and its people.
