Independent appartment
for 2-3 persons, on the first floor of an old building in the center of the old
town of Conil, completely renovated and refurbished.
It is located only
5-10 walking minutes from the beach and owes its name to the fact that it is situated
in the Plaza de España of Conil.
From the entrance on
the ground floor a wide staircase decorated with handmade tiles leads to the
apartment which consists of a generous open and luminous space, loft style.
Upon entering we find the kitchen-dining area. The open plan kitchen is fully
equipped with washing machine, fridge and a ceramic stove with two hobs. There
is a small dining table with two chairs, and next to it the independent toilet.
Adjacent lies the living area, with sofa bed, lounge table and a comfortable pouf.
There is digital and satellite TV. Here in the center of the apartment mounted
on the wall is also the air conditioning unit.
This is followed by
the sleeping area, with double bed and closet, separated by a curtain from the
rest of the apartment, creating some privacy for this part of the apartment.
Here at the back lies also the bathroom with shower and sink.
The decor, with
colorful tiles, the hand-painted walls with a combination of bright and
soothing colors and numerous aesthetic details create a vibrant and harmonious
atmosphere.
The apartment's
windows overlook the plaza and are insulated from noise, allowing the guests to
enjoy relative peace and relaxation in the heart of the lively street life of
the historic center.
On the second floor
there is a small terrace furnished with table and chairs, from where there are
beautiful views over the rooftops and roofs of the village, the Plaza de España,
where you can relax, sunbathe and otherwise enjoy this private space.
